J & L Coleman buy a previous house with Colleen B Malone and would recommend them to other home buyers.
We were moving from out of state. And with that completing all of the tasks around a sale - inspections, onsite decisions etc was very difficult. From the start Colleen was generous with her time during our visit to look at properties and ****isted us by being our local presence after we went home from our initial visit. Colleen was forthright in negotiations with the seller and always kept us moving in the right direction toward completion of our deal: reminding us of our tasks without being aggressive, giving us room to make decisions and always keeping our family’s original needs in mind.
