The lack of common courtesy this man has is simply amazing. It is a wonder how he is still in business. Unprofessional, corrupt, possibly criminal. Do not work with him. Save yourself the headaches. Paul Williamson and Aetna Properties are as bad as it gets. He avoided all communication. Threatened to begin eviction when the company lost my rent check. Life is too short for people like him.

Paul and Aetna Properties is very unprofessional! They don't even have an office where I can reach them at, so I have to leave a voice mail and then wait a day or two or 3 depending on how important Paul thinks of the call. They also set up 12 different appointments to show the place I'm living in over a course of 30days. And each appointment is 3hrs long. That is pretty much everyday for 3 hours for a month! And I am still living there and trying to get things packed. I can understand an appointment but not 12 for 3hrs each!!! That not very respectful at all! They show no courtesy in anything and are very rude. And will bill you for stupid unnecessary things. They seem very shady overall and I am totally fed up with there so called business. I mean that many appointments so unreasonable I'm just trying to get packed and outta there. He's acting like a douche bag!!!

This agent also runs a rental company. The operation is shady w/out a physical address and direct email you're left without a point of contact for references. Putting in a 30 day notice is next to impossible - they know where to find you...but you can never find them...Management for new apartment has tried to contact them for a reference - no response - 2 weeks and counting now...
