Melinda Villalobos went above and beyond in servicing my transaction. She did things I've never experienced a real estate agent to do, such as finding out information about our septic system, which really wasn't her responsibility. She was there for me every step of the way, and I highly recommend her.

Although she will remind you regularly that she is "working for you", she does not have your best interest in mind. She would not listen to us as we tried to list our home higher than her “comps would support” which basically meant our house was listed under price. It sold one week after the official open house, during a market that was 60-75 day market! She wrote up our counter offer without a contingency clause to find suitable housing... which left us without a home to go to after closing She will not negotiate her commission, insists on top dollar. Other realtors recognize her as a bully.
