Marilyn has been my property manager for several years. I am a great distance away from my property but have no worries, what so ever, with her in charge. I know that she manages many other rental properties yet I feel as if I am her only client. She is well informed on the property laws and local property markets. She is efficient, honest and extremely competent . The best that anyone could ever hope to find. I have recommended her to a couple of people who have been also very very impressed with her outstanding abilities and irreproachable personal qualities. She merits the highest of ratings. I would be totally lost without her and could not do half as good a job as she does.
