Comments: "My husband and I searched for about 3mo. to try and find a place to rent. We have three children, a dog, bad credit, and section 8. Carol gave us a chance when no one else would. We have been renting from her for almost 8mo. Just after we moved in water started leaking whenever our washing machine would start on the rinse cycle, and we had fleas from the previous tenet. My husband called and left a message and it was taken care of in a matter of days. She is very easy to work with, kind, and understanding. I have recommended her to many of my friends.
