Honestly, in the twelve years I have been renting in Oregon, this was far and away my worst experience. Carol Sundae will lie to you; she did with me. Carol Sundae will not hold up her end of the deal and when you call her on it she will threaten you; she did with me. Carol Sundae will fabricate stories about you after you move out to make sure you do not get your deposit back. She told me we left certain foods in the kitchen that my son is allergic to and therefore we would never have that item in the house. I am deeply saddened to have been duped by such a manipulative person who should under no circumstances be in any professional business. I will do my part in making sure Oregonians know what kind of person she is.

We rented from Carol and she was impossible to get a hold of. Her workers would tell you one thing and Carol would flat out deny what they said. So nothing broken ever got fixed, however she did charge us for those things that she never fixed when we moved out. She actually LIED to my face, and over the phone on several occasions. EVERYTHING needs to be in writing with her, although I would STRONGLY advise NEVER going into business with this seedy, rude, unprofessional person. I wish I would have read these reviews before she lied to us and took our money.

My family has had a very negative experience with Carol. She's not forthcoming or honest. She was impossible to get ahold of and her office staff would tell us one thing and then Carol would deny it. We requested simple and not-so-simple things at the apartment that were not taken care of. In the end she refused to give us back our deposit and made a bunch of accusations-none of which were true. I would not rent from her ever and I tell everyone I know that. It is disappointing to see someone get away with what she does.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with her and her staff, have heard nothing but bad experiences about her and her staff. She doesn't return phone calls, she doesn't fix problems. Her staff is untrained. And worst of all, SHE LIES!!! When we moved out, SHE LIED about the condition of the apartment, SHE LIED about the condition of the apartment when we moved in. When we tried to talk to her after her accusations, she would not return phone calls. When we reported her to the BBB she made up MORE LIES. Everything you do with her should be done in writing or she will smear your good name to anyone and everyone who will listen. To even give her and her company one star is too much if you ask me.
