"We rented from Carol Sunde for 9 months, during this period she gave me one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a landlord. She was extremely hard to get a hold of, did not return phone calls when we had issues like a sink that was leaking or how the new garbage disposal just installed was not properly installed and proceeded to leak all over the kitchen floor. When she finally returned my phone calls she told me to put a bucket under it, well yes that was a no brainer but how about getting someone out to fix it. I've rented from a number of places in Eugene and Portland and never had problems like this. I do not recommend her as she deal with situations very unprofessionally."
