- The biggest joy I get is handing the keys to buyers when their home closes. They are usually so excited that there are often tears of happiness.

- Getting sellers to realize that the true market value of their home is what a buyer is willing to pay for their home.

- Well, I actually have quite a few, but I think the most satisfying stories for me is when I am able to help a buyer negotiate a much better deal than a home is advertised for.

- My huge online network of real estate professional friends probably inspires me more than anything. The power of networking is incredible.

- Make goals and plan for success, otherwise you are planning for failure whether you know it or not.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Well I gave up a successful real estate practice in another area to move here. This is where I want to be, it's stunningly beautiful with so many things to do.
