We have an outstanding center for the performing and fine arts, which presents superb plays, ballets,& concerts to fit any & all tastes. Eugene is the proud host of the internationally recognized Bach Festival that attracts both artists & audiences from across the globe.This area prices are just slightly raising with the good interest rates it is an ideal place to buy a home. We have enough homes on the market to have a nice selection.I do a market analysis when you want to make an offer so that you know that you are making a wise decision

Had a lot of laughs with her. Ruth had a lot of patience with me as we needed a house that was wheelchair compatile for my husband. It's not easy to find such a house in this area.

Ruth went the extra miles

While I searched for a home in Eugene, my husband still worked in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Ruth sent him detailed pictures of the houses I liked, and kept him in the decision loop at all times. Plus she's a fun person to work with. I appreciated her honesty and clear directions about inspectors and other people to work with in an area new to me.
