Buying My Home Was A Good Experience Thanks to Jan

Jan Sohlman Knows Her Stuff

When it comes to residential real estate Jan Sohlman really knows her business! She marketed my house using techniques and places that no other agent had ever mentioned or tried. It seemed like my house was listed everywhere on the internet. She posted my house four times a week on craigslist. Jan Sohlman Sold My House When Others Couldn't

I first tried listing with another Realtor to sell my house. Aside from putting up a sign, printing flyers, and posting my home in the local MLS I'm not sure what he did to market my home. Communication was infrequent at best. When the listing expired I interviewed several agents and chose Jan Sohlman. She marketed my home aggressively and we received an acceptable offer soon thereafter. Jan's 20+ years of experience shows. She was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and worked in my best interests. Jan Went Beyond The Call Of Duty
