Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Lane County housing prices have not experienced the sharp downward trend that many other areas have faced. Short sales and foreclosures will continue to be a problem.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
As a retired teacher I always enjoy helping people achieve their goals.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping people who are no longer able to make their mortgage payments.
