"Dylan is a great person to work with to buy a home. We came to Eugene with a 3 year old and ~3 weeks old and he organized the day perfectly to fit with our schedule. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and new the area very well.
I have recommended Dylan to my mother whom is eager to work with him and already has great things to say.
Hope your experience is as enjoyable as ours was."

"I was a first time home buyer in 2006 and was quite nervous about the process. Dylan spent a great deal of time walking me through each step, from setting up a custom profile search for me to reading through and negotiating contracts, he provided me with the type of support and expertise I needed. It eased my mind to work with someone who could explain things in terms that I could understand and I am thrilled with my home! I highly recommend working with Dylan."
Response: "Alex, Thank you for taking the time to provie me with this valuable feedback. It was a pleasure helping you in your process. I look forward to working with you and your family in the future. Sincerely, Dylan" This review has been confirmed by the reviewer.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
What I most enjoy about being a Real Estate Professional is that every project that I work on is unique and presents its own challenges lessons and rewards.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The challenges I face as a real estate professional always provide opportunities. The key is always being willing to look at all sides of a particular situation.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I was working with a fellow broker on a transaction and during the deal it came to my attention that the agent's mother was quite ill. The agent on the other side of the transaction was doing her best in a difficult situation to keep her business going but was clearly and understandably distracted by the fact that her mother was in bad health. This was an important lesson for me as it challenged me to understand the balance between representing my client and their interests while at the same time negotiating with an agent who needed a little bit more help from my side than would typically be the case. This reminded me that we all shared a common goal. Being flexible about how we reach that goal in being willing to think outside the box and work outside of my normal parameters was vital to making that transaction work. It also reminded me to be thankful for the truly important people in my life. Business is important, but family is everything.
