Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
There has been some revitalization of the downtown area with an historic school house turned into condo's as well as a development in the Ferry St. Bridge area which is made up of condo's that are owned as well as apartments, retail, restaurants etc. creating a self-contained neighborhood. These developments began just prior to the current downturn in the economy and seem to be a "sign of the future" for consumer demand.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Finding the perfect home for the buyer and seeing the "sparkle in their eyes" when they know that they have just walked into their dream home.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The current economy creates some challenges in helping people in "distress" situations.

What is your best characteristic?
Listening and genuinely caring about my clients.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Many of the folks that I work with who have shared stories of their successes as well as their tough times. They are a real inspiration to me as I often see them as being very heroic and a great example to follow.

What is the best advice you ever received?
"Keep your eyes forward". You can not change what is going on around you but you can change how you think about it.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I can't imagine not coming home to my "roots" right here in Eugene, Oregon
