What is the average home price in your market?: $229,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I get to help people realize the dream of home ownership! It is so exciting to see how happy they are when I hand them the keys to their new home.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Right now, with the economy the way it is, seeing how many homes are in foreclosure or going into foreclosure. The people in those situations can sometimes be helped by a Realtor but don't realize that.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I recently sold a clients home in a very short time, which allowed them to make an offer and close on their dream home in the country.
What is your best characteristic?: The fact that I really do care about what is best for my clients.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My Dad has been my biggest inspiration. He started in Real Estate without 2 nickels to rub together and now owns his own company. He has taught me what hard work and perseverance can do.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Family first. They are truly who you can count on during the rough times in life.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I think I would stay right here in the Pacific Northwest. The weather is mild, it's beautiful with the mountains and the ocean and the people are great!
