"We had lived in our first home for 30 years and after raising our 3 kids in it we knew it was time to move on to make room for us,the kids and their spouses when they came to visit and hopefully someday grandchildren, We found the perfect place to relocate to but knew we had to try and sell our house when the market was hitting rock bottom before the house we loved sold out from under us. Angela not only helped us find the perfect home but got our first home sold in record time and at a price that nobody thought was possible, She was very willing to go out of her way to come to us with paperwork that needed signed and keep in close contact and answer our calls and emails, She did lots research and footwork when ever we had questions or worries. Thanks to Angela we are settled into our new place with lots of space for all of us and are looking forward to our first grandchild in January......Thanks again Angela,.,..It was a pleasure working with you!! "I first contacted Lynn for ****istance on a relocation from NV to OR. She proved to have poor communication & zero interpersonal skills. She was unfriendly, unhelpful and generally disinterested. Her correspondence was abrupt, condescending, she did not even answer all (3) of my questions after SEVERAL emails for information, two of which could have ended any further need for correspondence. (Getting any information from her was like pulling teeth, besides being unpleasant). When trying to contact her boss for further ****istance, he didn't seem to see a problem with her demeanor; but rather told me that I "started out on the wrong foot" by even asking about the possibility of breaking the lease to buy a house down the road, calling it "highly irresponsible". He apologized that I was offended, and went on to explain that they are busy and stressed. I was left with the impression that they get enough college-age renters that customer service isn't required for their business."
