Clients tell me that they appreciate my drive to understand their needs and my ability to keep pushing so that they are taken care of. My drive to make a successful transaction along with my honesty and "tell it like it is" attitude are reassuring to clients as we go through the process of buying and/or selling.
I have always known I would be a real estate agent, and after being immersed in the industry I recognize that this is exactly what I should be doing. This is my niche in business. I take care of my clients, and I enjoy doing it!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue I am finding is this market. Buyers want to offer very little for homes that are for sale and Sellers do not want to reduce the price of their home to meet the markets demands.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I listed a property that most agents thought would never sell for the price I had listed. We had an offer with in 18 days of listing during December no less. I had done my research and knew the home was worth every penny. My clients sold the home and moved into the home of their dreams in February. It was worth all the hard work to get them in that home.
What is your best characteristic?
I am the agent that tells it like it is. My clients can trust that I will always tell them the truth whether it is what they want to hear it or not. I have found that my clients respect the fact that I am not wasting their time.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I find Inspiration in many different forms. Inspiration can be found in the sparkle in a child’s eye or a smile. The dream or wish someone has. But I find most of my inspiration from my husband and kids. My boys have been so supportive of me starting my real estate career. I just want to make them proud of me.
What is the best advice you ever received?
I have 2 pieces of advice I like to follow and yes I know that they are very cliché.
1. Always follow threw with your promises.
2. Treat each client as you would want someone to be treated.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love oregon. I can not see myself ever leaving.
