Marci S. chose not to buy a home and would not recommend using Lynn
.
Comments: "I first contacted Lynn for ****istance on a relocation from NV to OR. She proved to have poor communication & zero interpersonal skills. She was unfriendly, unhelpful and generally disinterested. Her correspondence was abrupt, condescending, she did not even answer all (3) of my questions after SEVERAL emails for information, two of which could have ended any further need for correspondence. (Getting any information from her was like pulling teeth, besides being unpleasant).
When trying to contact her boss for further ****istance, he didn't seem to see a problem with her demeanor; but rather told me that I "started out on the wrong foot" by even asking about the possibility of breaking the lease to buy a house down the road, calling it "highly irresponsible". He apologized that I was offended, and went on to explain that they are busy and stressed.
I was left with the impression that they get enough college-age renters that customer service isn't required for their business." Read full review |
