- Recently closed a deal on a newer home for a young client, in which the original price for the home in 2006 was $396,000. My buyer's purchase price was effectively $224,000. The client purchased the home with the USDA loan program with no money down.

- My dad used to tell me, "you can climb any mountain." He was very successful in Real Estate.

- Never work with more clients than you can adequately take care of. I limit the number of people I work with, so that I can give the best service.

- In the US, it would be Montana. Internationally, it would be Italy.
