Currently homes on average are taking 8.6 months to sale. This is a buyers market at this time.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy being a real estate agent because it allows me the opportunity to help people realize the dream of home ownership and create a future of wealth through real estate.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Since I am a real estate broker managing and owning my onw real estate office, I face the challenge of balancing the needs of my clients and those of the real estate agents I supervise.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One client had a 700K house to sell and his neighbors homes were on the market and not selling after five and six months. We brought in a stager to evaluate furniture placement, identified items to repair before placing the home on the market. Came up with a marketing strategy and sold the house within 30 days of listing it. Currently the other homes are still on the market and my client is screaming our praises.
What is your best characteristic?
Negotiation of excellent deals for my buyers and determining the best marketing strategy for my clients to get their homes sold for my sellers.
Who or what inspires you the most?
God, my husband and children inspire me the most.
What is the best advice you ever received?
The key to success in real estate is just showing up.
