Steve Kindred sell a previous house with Gary B Fisher and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Chase Bank used Mr. Fisher to make an appraisal for a refinance of our home. I found Mr. Fisher's work superficial and, in a couple cases, erroneous. It was necessary for me to file a complaint with the State Appraisal Certification Board.
