With high hopes we decided to use Eric thinking his new plan for selling sounded refreshing. He called us after listing for about 3 weeks and then ... nothing! When we called to let him know a family member had died and we would be out of town ... nothing. When we called to have him remove the sign and lock box ... he sent his assistant. There is nothing new with Eric - same disappointments only more intense. He never showed our house ONCE in the over 4 months listed! Yeah...it's a hard time to sell, but come on ... nothing?!?

Cheri assisted me with my first home purchase. She toured me through several neighborhoods and listened to what I wanted, by continually refining the search we found the perfect home. 5 years later, Cheri again assisted me in selling the same home. Once again, Cheri proved herself a capable realtor.

Cherie French assised us in the sale of two homes. She immediately became involved and advertised and marketed our homes. The first sold after one open house. The second did not take much longer. She knows her business and advertises appropriately. She loves being a real estate agent and it shows in her performance. We have recommended her to others and they were as impressed with her as we are.

We bought a 1920's cottage that our son lived in through college. We spent a good deal of money on site cleanup and repairs. Six years or so later, the housing market was in the dumpster, but Cherie took great care of us. She advised us regarding repairs that would enhance marketability, and supplied us with the names of some outstanding and competitively priced contractors. Then Cherie marketed the home aggressively, and represented us well through the closing.

Cherie has sold 3 homes for me and has helped me purchase 2. She went out of her way to ensure everything had been taken care of. She is always accessible and available.

Do NOT deal with this realtor. She sold us her son's home and falsely advertised the square footage by 703! She is NOT ethical or trustworthy. We have proof she knew beforehand (and so did her son) and we are currently in legal dispute. She was also the the agent on our home and didn't sell it (we did) and made a nice hefty commission after she chewed us out.

Dynamic real estate agent! Honest, knowledgeable and dependable. Danette makes herself available to you when you are available. She doenst leave you hanging out on a limb. She has helped my family members and friends and they all have great things to say about her also. Did i mention pleasant and you never feel hustled, lied to or misled. She is "my agent." This person calls me at least twice weekly, sometimes daily, even though I've told him never to contact me again, to leave me alone, that I'm not interested.

I LOVE the internet, but this is a problem that comes along with the internet. Anyone can say anything, true or not, and it gets posted for the world to see and judge. In my 13+ years in real estate, I have never assisted a client by the name of Charlene and I think it is a shame that someone can slander a person's name and character without any kind of verification for what they are saying.

She was wonderful in helping us find our home! I would never even think about using anyone else. She is honest, patient, sincere and will work hard to make sure you are happy.

Darrell Duer is a rude agent. He is the worst agent i have ever worked with.

I rented a home from her and she was the rest most arrogant and demeaning landlord i ever have had and i definitely would not recommend her to anyone ever.

Larry has helped so many of our friends, it's unbelievable. He really cares for his clients, and he truly becomes a friend through the process and continues to be one way after the sale is finalized. He had taken every concern to not only find a great home for my wife and I (as well as five couples/friends of ours) but he really was aware and concerned that the neighborhood was safe, and a good investment. As long as we live in the Norman area we will only work with Larry, and he will continue to be a good friend of ours no matter where we end up in the future! He truly is a rare advocate of honesty to have on your side in the days of the quick and easy money grabbing agents who only care about their profits.

My husband and I have used Lola Baker in the past. I found her to be old school, very knowledgeable and straight forward. She'll tell you what you need to do to get the sell, and what price you can expect to get, not some pie in the sky price just to get the listing and has the experience to advise first time home buyers as to what their options are.

Mr. Miller would not show ro give information on a HUD house he had listed in Sapulpa, OK!

Our home was for sale by owner, but Eric contacted us using our online add. He claimed to be "different" from all of the other listing agents out there, but turned out being worst I've dealt with. He was impossible to contact, and used his assistant to do all of his work. He listed our house for approximately 6 weeks with the feature picture on the Century 21 website being our bed. Wow. Thanks for the effort. I believe his strategy is to simply list as many people as he can and catch all of the 3% sales he can. While this is a good strategy for him, I'm sure, it's not a good one for a seller and leaves you feeling alienated. I would definitely not recommend using Eric for selling your home - you will be dissapointed. We since were lucky enough to get with a realtor who works hard and at least appears to care about selling our house given our circumstances.
