Our company is relatively "new on the scene" if you simply look at when we formally incorporated it in early 2007, but, by no means are the members of the company "new" to this industry, nor to the Tulsa Real Estate Market in general. We have a cumulated 35 years under our belts and the battle scars to prove it, in getting our clients the funding they need or negotiating to have an offer accepted or not. There are no limits to the amount of time and dedication that we put into our clients and the word-of-mouth referrals that we receive are a true testimony to that fact. My wife, Kelly, and I started The Davenport Company as a natural extension of what has been our core business for nearly 10 years, and that is in the financing and mortgage lending arena, which we still have today with a wonderful staff of people assisting us in this parallel and synergistic endeavor. We felt that we could better serve our different home buying and selling clients, as well as other real estate.
