Cheri assisted me with my first home purchase. She is the most selfless person I have ever met. She searches homes based on our criteria and emails the list of homes available that meets our needs. We then made the decision on the homes we were interested in previewing and Purin take the time to review each potential property in advance. She is the most organized, dependable, honest person I have ever met. My home purchase was over 1 million dollars and I trusted her completely.

Kim has a problem telling the truth. Once she has you in a contract she will never return calls and she will never do what she says. I had a property that she managed and I supposedly paid to have it cleaned-it never happened. She never called and I was left to live out about three months of a contract with her. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER! Fell free to email me with any questions before you do business with her. Also never do business with her daughter Heather Brown-poor communication as well. I had a deposit from previous renters that she never sent me or called with documentation of where the money was spent. Check the Better Business Bureau-they have several complaints that have not been settled including mine. I have also reported her to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. save yourself a wealth of time and money by not doing business with Coronet Realtors or Kim Fox.
