Cheri assisted me with my first home purchase. She toured me through several neighborhoods and listened to what I wanted, by continually refining the search we found the perfect home. 5 years later, Cheri again assisted me in selling the same home. Worries gone!
We bought a 1920's cottage that our son lived in through college. We spent a good deal of money on site cleanup and repairs. Six years or so later, the housing market was in the dumpster, but Cherie took great care of us. She advised us regarding repairs that would enhance marketability, and supplied us with the names of some outstanding and competitively priced contractors. Then Cherie marketed the home aggressively, and represented us well through the closing.
