- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- It has always been a fun challenge as you really work to be a good counselor toward each client's best. After 19 years in the business, I am still learning and working to gather skill that serves the people.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The most challenging issue is also my greatest joy and that is staying up to date on the roller coaster of economics, lending, government programs, marketing 2.0, etc. Let's just say that it's all challenging and I am thrilled as this is what keeps it lively.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Right now is the most interesting for me. I have just formed "How to Buy and Sell Smart", a seminar offered to churches, corporations and non profits. I have skill gathered over 19 years and know that there is so much mis-information being spread. My approach is common-sense with reason. People need sound advice on such a large investment.

- A sincere desire to learn and give information away.

- Goodness - sounds really generic however that covers it.
