I LOVE the internet, but this is a problem that comes along with the internet. Anyone can say anything, true or not, and it gets posted for the world to see and judge. In my 13+ years in real estate, I have never assisted a client by the name of Charlene and I think it is a shame that someone can slander a person's name and character without any kind of verification for what they are saying.

She was wonderful in helping us find our home! I would never even think about using anyone else. She is honest, patient, sincere and will work hard to make sure you are happy.

My husband and I have used Lola Baker in the past. I found her to be old school, very knowledgeable and straight forward. She'll tell you what you need to do to get the sell, and what price you can expect to get, not some pie in the sky price just to get the listing and has the experience to advise first time home buyers as to what their options are.

Rachel was absolutely great! I was a very (very!) picky buyer and she was very helpful and always available to show homes, regardless of the sometimes short notices. Her personal attention landed me a great home that I feel lucky to own. The actual buying process was much smoother than I could have ever imagined. Rachel's attention to detail during the closing process helped immensely to get the most out of the transaction. I will definitely call her again, if I ever decide to sell and buy another home.

I also lost money ($40K) when Venus and her boss, Joe (who has a criminal record going back to the 80's) represented themselves as helping the unfortunate and approached investors to invest monies in promissory notes using properties as collateral that may or may not have been owned by their charitable organization. It turned out to be a Ponzi scheme. I don't understand why she would associate herself with such an individual.

Aaron is a hardworking and industrious agent. I listed a home with him and had two contracts in the first 36 hours. I closed in 17 days (and near my asking price). Aaron moves in for the quick sale and is realistic in his assessments. While his is a bit slow on returning phone calls he was good to work with. His office assistant is extremely effective and on top of the details.

Barbara Precure did a fabulous job of showing us houses and finding our new home. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us a good number of homes that fit our needs exactly. As our preferences became clearer, after looking at some of the houses, she did not try to change our minds or get us to like something else. She respected our wishes and taste in homes. Her bubbly personality kept the home search fun and surely helped as we negotiated a contract. The best part of Barbara's service came after the contract was written, though. During inspections and closing, she was right there making sure that everything had been taken care of. Barbara made the whole thing easy for us. She worked hard and sometimes late. We would definitely recommend her to our friends.

I left a home listed with Pat with the specific information and understanding I would be out of state for at least 9 months. She was specifically requested to keep me posted on the looks and appearances of the property...(curb appeal---excluding roof) so that I could respond in a timely manner and contract with vendors to keep the appearance up. She is good at sending you letters quoting "web statistics” but very poor acting as "your agent with an interest". When I returned (and after six months of listing with her), I found a yard (front and back) and bushes/shrubs which had deteriorated to the point of being an absolute embarrassment to me (and I suspect many of my former neighbors.) In summary, Pat talks an excellent game but is low on performance… I give kudos to her young assistant … I think she demonstrated the greatest effort and may well be Slacks key employee. Appraisers are a dime a dozen. They all charge the same amount and have to follow the same rules and guidelines as all the others. FHA, VA, Conventional, you name it. Most appraisers (I'm an underwriter, I deal with many appraisers on a daily basis) are normal, functional and professional. Mr. Kelcy feels that he should bring his personal issues to the table, which would be fine if you're someone looking for a friend to share your misery, otherwise, find another appraiser.

Mr. Hall has frauded my sister-in-law. He added the cost of the property tax to the Mortgage in her bill consolidation. He received all of the money but failed to pay the property taxes. The house paid off on August 8, 2007 and he still has not given her the deed to the house.

Barry primarily works with distressed properties, investment buyers, and banking clients. If you understand the space in which he works, and that's the space you want (foreclosures, rental properties, etc.), you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone better. I've worked with Barry, and referred friends to him. I've been very satisfied each time.

Ms. Ditto was very unhelpful and belittled me and my wife during one of our many rather unpleasant telephone conversations. I will never even look at another house being sold by help-u-sell. It has been several years since our home buying experience with Sandy Ditto, and to this day just the mention of her name summons anger from my soul.
