I LOVE the internet, but this is a problem that comes along with the internet. Anyone can say anything, true or not, and it gets posted for the world to see and judge. In my 13+ years in real estate, I have never assisted a client by the name of Charlene and I think it is a shame that someone can slander a person's name and character without any kind of verification for what they are saying.

Rachel was absolutely great! I was a very (very!) picky buyer and she was very helpful and always available to show homes, regardless of the sometimes short notices. Her personal attention landed me a great home that I feel lucky to own. The actual buying process was much smoother than I could have ever imagined. I also lost money ($40K) when Venus and her boss, Joe (who has a criminal record going back to the 80's) represented themselves as helping the unfortunate and approached investors to invest monies in promissory notes using properties as collateral that may or may not have been owned by their charitable organization. It turned out to be a Ponzi scheme. I don't understand why she would associate herself with such an individual.

Aaron is a hardworking and industrious agent. I listed a home with him and had two contracts in the first 36 hours. I closed in 17 days (and near my asking price). Aaron moves in for the quick sale and is realistic in his assessments. While his is a bit slow on returning phone calls he was good to work with. His office assistant is extremely effective and on top of the details.
