Lea sell a previous house with Kalyn M Williams and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Welcome Home does not deserve any stars whatsoever. This company does not care for tenants and does nothing to try to help them. Welcome Home does everything they possibly can to nickel and dime tenants out of their money beyond reason. Additionally, Welcome Home refuses to properly complete maintenance and provide assistance for tenants. For example, for 1.5 years Welcome Home refused to replace my fridge even though the fridge was at least 15 degrees above the recommended temperature for a fridge. The high fridge temperature caused me to have food poisoning several times before Welcome Home agreed to finally replace the fridge, after 1.5 years of requesting a new fridge.
