"Recently my brother p****ed away at one of Mikes rental properties.I am from California .I am also on Short term disability.My nephew and i traveled over 1200 miles to recover my brothers personal items .When we arrived we were asked by Mr.Tharasena to meet at his office across the street from the apartment.He then informed us we were to pay him approx.700 dollars before entering the apartment.My nephew and i stated we didnt have any type of payment or extra cash for him .So maybe he would take my brothers truck in lieu of payment so Mike agreed.I thought very much we could get some kind of hospitality and closure, but instead some met some sneaky son of a bitch that had to make that last buck or two.Thanks a lot mike, I sure hope there are kinder people out in Oklahoma.To top off this story Mike didnt know we were aware of a laptop computer and pistol my brother owned.Mike removed these items from my brothers apartment before we made it to Ok.In summary dont die on Mikes property."
