I left a home listed with Pat with the specific information and understanding I would be out of state for at least 9 months. She was specifically requested to keep me posted on the looks and appearances of the property...(curb appeal---excluding roof) so that I could respond in a timely manner and contract with vendors to keep the appearance up. She is good at sending you letters quoting "web statistics” but very poor acting as "your agent with an interest". When I returned (and after six months of listing with her), I found a yard (front and back) and bushes/shrubs which had deteriorated to the point of being an absolute embarrassment to me (and I suspect many of my former neighbors.) In summary, Pat talks an excellent game but is low on performance… I give kudos to her young assistant … I think she demonstrated the greatest effort and may well be Slacks key employee. I have know of an dealt with Ms. Slack on numerour transactions. Pat is always willing to go the extra step, it doesn't matter if she is helping a buyer or a seller. She is always at the top of the professional scale. She communicates with her clients from step one to the final step and beyond. I would not hesitate to refer my friends, or family for any of their houseing needs.

Pat Slack is a great realtor! She helped three generations and over seven moves of my family find homes. We felt that she was very honest and trustworthy. We felt that she was looking out for our interests, not her interests. When we had a problem with sellers, she went the extra mile and worked with them to make the problem right! She helped me and my ailing wife when we moved here from out of state to be with family members. She even visited with my ailing wife when she could not get out of the house…very compassionate and thoughtful. She followed through when she went to the seller to rectify a problem—even when she did not have to. She even helped us unload the moving van when we moved! She has over 32 year experience and is a second generation realtor in the Oklahoma market. She has great credentials and knows her stuff!

This realtor will do whatever it takes... but that's not a good thing. She looks only after her best interests. Pat Slack is not trust worthy, and I do not advise anyone to work with her.
