Barry's the best at what he does...
Barry primarily works with distressed properties, investment buyers, and banking clients. If you understand the space in which he works, and that's the space you want (foreclosures, rental properties, etc.), you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone better. I've worked with Barry, and referred friends to him. I've been very satisfied each time.
Is Barry Bad????
Two bad reviews for Barry but they don't make sense. One guy writes that Barry won't return phone calls but the same guy is represented by a different agent. Barry can't talk to someone who is represented. Barry might be bad but IncredibleAgents.com is an absolute disgrace.
Not worth dealing with...
I dealt with Whittington twice now, each time it was like pulling teeth. Not professional at all.
Doesn't Return Phone Calls
We tried to make an offer on one of Barry Whittington's properties. He didn't return our calls or emails until 3 days later...only to to inform our realtor that another party had already put an offer on the house. Guess he's not interested in getting the best price for his client. What he didn't know is that our offer was going to be more than the asking price!?!? If I were considering hiring Whittington to sell my home....I would think twice! He doesn't seem to be very involved in the process.
