What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Consumer loyalty.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: Some years ago I presented an offer on a home I had listed. We were about $4000.00 short of what the seller wanted but actually had an offer that was pretty close to the real market value. I knew that this seller had the ability to do excellent remodeling work. We discussed using his skills and some of the proceeds from the sale to capture the $4000.00 on another transaction once his equity was freed up. The rest of the story is that after 2 years of buying and fixing up properties his net proceeds exceeded $100000.00 on 4 fix up projects we helped him get involved with. This past client is a big fan to this day and understands that some solutions are outside the box.
What is your best characteristic?: Market knowledge and the ability to gain trust because of a good longterm track record.
Who or what inspires you the most?: People who tackle challenges and keep their composure and remain in control of their emotions.
What is the best advice you ever received?: People don't care what you know until they know that you care.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: I like living in Central Oklahoma where I am.
