Angel buy a previous house with Malcolm Hall and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Mr. Hall has frauded my sister-in-law. He added the cost of the property tax to the Mortgage in her bill consolidation. He received all of the money but failed to pay the property taxes. The house paid off on August 8, 2007 and he still has not given her the deed to the house.
