Bob Neely buy a previous house with Aaron Kelcy and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Appraisers are a dime a dozen. They all charge the same amount and have to follow the same rules and guidelines as all the others. FHA, VA, Conventional, you name it. Most appraisers (I'm an underwriter, I deal with many appraisers on a daily basis) are normal, functional and professional. Mr. Kelcy feels that he should bring his personal issues to the table, which would be fine if you're someone looking for a friend to share your misery, otherwise, find another appraiser.
