BD buy a previous house with Sandra K Ditto and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Ms. Ditto was very unhelpful and belittled me and my wife during one of our many rather unpleasant telephone conversations. I will never even look at another house being sold by help-u-sell. It has been several years since our home buying experience with Sandy Ditto, and to this day just the mention of her name summons anger from my soul.
