Michael Stokes sell a previous house with Ricki Hwang and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
I've rented a home from Fidelity Real Estate and always paid the rent on time. When it came time to move out, I had the home spotless. This company footed me a bogus bill of random miscellaneous charges (for example, a $190.00 mowing charge) just so they wouldn't have to give my security deposit back. Beware of this company!
