My family and I transferred to OKC in October of 2005. We were in search oif a new place to live and we happen to pass by Babb and Company which offers rental properties. We had a meeting with the representative Prenda at the time and went around looking at houses and they were all disgusting but one that seemed to be livable. It was at 3225 Lazy Lane in Del City OK. Being a military neighborhood we figured it would be a good place to live. Well it was not. We reported to them that the gas company shut off the gas service that heated the home and water in the middle of January of 2006. We were put off for 18 days. In that time we had come down with illnesses went to the Dr.s office and saw by surprise Prenda that used to work at Babb and Company. She asked us why we were all in to see the Dr and I told her because we are all very sick and the cause was from no heat for 18 days in the middle of January. She appologized for not telling us sooner that Babb was not a company to rent from.
