AKS sell a previous house with Renee' E Clark and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
Hi, I have hired this realtor to sell my house, and she has insulted me in every way she could because I refused an offer. Extremely unprofessional, screams on the phone, does not communicate at all unless she feels like it. Worst selling experience EVER! She tried to coerce us to take a deal that we did not want to accept. Will file a complaint with multiple government agencies.

I was looking for a small acreage with a house in a very specific area and Seth did a great job finding places for me to look at. We looked at a number of houses and made a bid on one, but I didn't end up buying a house at that time. I think Seth did an excellent job working for me.
