RFD buy a previous house with Susan S Stricklan and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Working with Susan was a terrible experience. She was late to all of her appointments with us. This was the first time we had bought a home and she did not make us comfortable about it at all. She was not honest about the home we bought. It turned out to have a lot of problems. She did not even show up for our closing. We think she is a ruthless real estate agent who does not care about the buyers but only about making the sale. Your best bet is to stay clear of this agent and her husband too!
