sorely disappointed
With high hopes we decided to use Eric thinking his new plan for selling sounded refreshing. He called us after listing for about 3 weeks and then ... nothing! When we called to let him know a family member had died and we would be out of town ... nothing. When we called to have him remove the sign and lock box ... he sent his assistant. There is nothing new with Eric - same disappointments only more intense. He never showed our house ONCE in the over 4 months listed! Yeah...it's a hard time to sell, but come on ... nothing?!?
won't leave me alone
This person calls me at least twice weekly, sometimes daily, even though I've told him never to contact me again, to leave me alone, that I'm not interested.
Nice Guy, Bad Realtor
Our home was for sale by owner, but Eric contacted us using our online add. He claimed to be "different" from all of the other listing agents out there, but turned out being worst I've dealt with. He was impossible to contact, and used his assistant to do all of his work. He listed our house for approximately 6 weeks with the feature picture on the Century 21 website being our bed. Wow. Thanks for the effort. I believe his strategy is to simply list as many people as he can and catch all of the 3% sales he can. While this is a good strategy for him, I'm sure, it's not a good one for a seller and leaves you feeling alienated. I would definitely not recommend using Eric for selling your home - you will be dissapointed. We since were lucky enough to get with a realtor who works hard and at least appears to care about selling our house given our circumstances.
Good experience
We used a different realtor before we tried Eric and had no luck. During the 4 months our house was listed with the other realtor our house was shown 3 times. The program Eric encouraged us to use worked for us very well. We sold our house fairly quickly. It took 3 months but our house was shown 2 to 3 times a week. We did not notice the problems Karen spoke of. Eric is extremely friendly, and he works very hard from what I can tell.

Phenominal Experience
We had originally decided to do for sale by owner then changed our minds when I had spoke to Eric. We were extremely impressed with how hard he and his team worked to sell our house so quick. Within a week of listing it he had showed it 5 times and we had it on contract after 6 days. We closed two weeks after that. I would recommend his services to anyone that wants a realtor that is going to do more than just list your home on MLS.
Wasted Time
He is full of hot air. Did not follow thru on promises; no door knocking, he says he calls other agents looking for buyers but I can not find another agent who spoken to him. Posted wrong pics on mls. He doesn't leave his office and has 2 other agents that does all his foot work. If you want more than MLS lising or Century 21 web site. He is not your man.
