Paul told us our house was great as is and his asking price was $20,000 higher than any other agent we talked to. We went with Paul Parratto because we thought a bigger agent would serve us better. Boy were we wrong. We never heard from Paul again after we signed on. We only received emails every month telling us we have to lower our price. We were told that Paul doesn't believe in open houses or putting flyers in the front yard. I found out that is so if you want info on the house you have to contact his office either by phone or online then he has your info and can bother you with emails and phone calls. We were told if we want an open house we will have to run it ourselves. Sounds like great customer service, doesn't it? I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PAUL PARRATTO TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SELL OR BUY A HOUSE.

Paul is big in Northeast Ohio, and to his credit, has sold many homes. This was our first home-selling experience, so we put complete trust in our Realtor. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't good. Paul initially assured us that our house was "perfect" as-is, and to be aggressive with the selling price. With such a large office, it was rare that we ever spoke with Paul (we usually got another agent), and felt like we were "just a number". After no results, and poor marketing efforts (very few open houses, ads and website listings that lacked proper attention to detail, etc.) we moved on to another realtor and had an eye-opening experience when we put out a survey about our house. Not only was our selling price WAY too high, we also learned that our paint and landscaping were major issues for buyers (wish we knew that a year earlier!!) Even after changing realtors, we still got marketing "from" Paul, proving that they don't keep up with their clients (nor their "non-clients")!

I have known Aili for a very long time and she is an exceptional person. I know anyone that decides to use Aili as a Realtor will be very satisfied. She is very young and vibrant young woman who is going to be extremely successful soon.
