- I truly enjoy helping clients realize their dream of home ownership. I also enjoy working with, and meeting new people on a daily basis, and have their best interests at heart when going through the home buying process. I will not let a client over extend themselves, even if that means foregoing a sale or losing a commission!

- An interesting moment early on in my career was when I actually, strongly suggested that a potential client not pursue home ownership at the time because the client was not experiencing the financial stability needed to purchase their desired residential property. We are still very good friends to this very day.

- Organizational skills and productivity.

- The challenge to do my best, everyday, all of the time, in regard to providing exceptional customer service and excellent consultation advice.

- Always treat others in the way that you wish to be treated, and also, that you really only get one chance to make a first impression, so do everything first class.

- Somewhere nice and warm, that also has extremely mild winters, or preferably no winters at all!
