- Advising a commercial client that it would be better to lease their well situated land than sell it. The end result was leasing the land to McDonalds and Rallys on a 20-year NNN basis, with 4 5-year options with escalating rents every 5-years. This was a true hands free lease to quality tenants and allowed the family to have continued income while keeping the land in the family. It created a Legacy return for them and for generations to come.
