but would not
recommend using Lara for your home purchase.
Comments: "Buyers- She's everyone's best friend until the closing. She doesn't bargain on the price for you. I was locked out of the home I bought for 6 days after closing because of a broken lock and the seller's agent didn't give me all the keys, yet Lara refused to get involved. She already had her commission check and had overcharged me. Sellers- 7% commission and a 1 yr contract, what a rip off! She locks you in so you can't get an agent who will actually work for you. She won't return your calls and says she is always working, but I know for a fact she is not.
She works with scandalous mortgage brokers too. One served jail time for fraud and the other which I used, lied to me about the mortgage, to the point where the company she sold my mortgage to tried to foreclose my home on me for breach of contract. Do not work with Lara! You're life will be miserable. I trusted her and ended up paying for it in every way! She gives all realtor's a bad name." Read full review |
