We have several Golf and Pool communities which offer a variety of other amenities like walking paths, tennis courts, lakes and ponds.

I enjoy the rewards of helping people achieve their dreams and looking out for their best interests.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Negative Media discouraging homeowners. Understanding that just like the stock market, we are in a declining value period. In most situations, a conceived reduced value by a seller is neutralized by gains in reduced interest rates available now. Additionally, the fact that as the buyer on their new property, they are playing on a level ball field and are the driver's seat, able to find great buys, and through their agent, able to negotiate great prices.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Representing a Buyer in a difficult negotiation with an Out-of-Town Seller, I included pictures of specific conditions of the property that concerned my Buyer, along with statistics on very recent similar sales, which resulted in an acceptance of our Purchase Offer.
What is your best characteristic?
A Truly Caring Attitude and Listening. I live by two main philosophies. To Always make my Clients #1 Goal, my #1 Goal, and the "Get by Giving" concept.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I have been inspired by many people in my life. My Father, Uncles, my Big Brother, and our leaders such as John & Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Ronald Reagan and most recently by Barrack Obama. They all taught me that having hope and faith and pursuing your dreams is the secret to happiness.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Do everything in your power to satisfy your clients and customers. If they are happy with your service they may tell someone they know.
If they are unhappy, they will tell EVERYONE they know!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love Cincinnati, but if I were ever to consider relocating, it would be to join my family out in the Big Sky State of Montana.
