She does nothing and she had nothing but negative things to say about any other real estate agent or company. She was not a pleaseure to be around at all. I decided not to buy a home with her. She is a bitch. Even the ****ociated that she works with at Coldwell Banker Haynes are not good. One women that was answering phones one day when I went into the office just stared at me and did not even say hello. I mad not of her name and it was Kim Ellis. After waiting for 20 minutes for Padilla she comes out of her office and said that she forgot about me.
