Does not like to return calls or emails. Only works with REO homes. No promptness about here. unprofessional actions and poor business practices. Gave her ample opportunity to show me a home, and never saw it. Before i knew it the home was sold. Does not offer to help in home search. Never asked about the wants and needs of what i was looking for. At the time i spoke to here she had not sold a home in 6 months. that should have been a sign. It felt as though she is just a liason between buyers and the owners, no need for her. it is pretty easy to sell REO homes. It felt as though she just does this on the side. I do not know why owners of the REO homes would have her acting as their agent. Very poor communication skills, and lack of enthusiasm. You would be better off contacting a donkey to show you a home, or put an offer in for you.
