It was a pleasure to work with Twila in the recent sale of my mother's home(who is now a nursing home resident). Unfortunately, the title to the house had several problems which slowed down the transfer/sale of the home. Twila was always upbeat and went out of her way to encourage and contact the right people to aide in the sale. She has a lot of energy and even helped in moving several smaller items. What can I say... I don't normally believe in long distance relationships working, but this was one of the better experiences that I have had. - And when we finally met we hit it off instantly. Twila is one on best people that I have met. She was the very best agent that I have ever had. She ABOVE AND BEYOND in assisting me to obtain a lease-to-own contract on my home; as well as helping me with my movers & household goods. Twila was the absolute greatest! I wish there were more agents like Twila; then maybe realty agents and brokers would be thought of more more highly! If I could I'd use her again.

best agent i have ever dealt with was highly disappointed with the agent who sold my previous house and ended up selling the one befor that on my own after being listed for over 6 motnhs when the economy was really good 20 years ago.she really went out of her way to meet my work schedule at her own personal inconvenience. was about ready to give up search and move into an apartment when i met her and low and behold i told her what i had and was looking for and can honestly say she really hooked me up with a really good deal will use her again in the future and am referring her to my mom right now. would highly recomend her for anyone wishing to buy or sell she will put your best intrest first.is very knowledgable about all aspects of the financing and property values of the area in lorain county.and above all else was very open and honest about my expectations. like i said she is who you should be dealing with when it comes to real estate
