Scott buy a previous house with Sally L Jacobsen and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I am currently having a terrible experience with Sally Jacobsen of Coldwell Banker West Shell in Milford Ohio. She has prolonged the close of the sale of our property, has not informed us of changes of the buyer, is not communicative, did not hold ANY open houses, demands a 7% commission, never answers her cell phone and there's more...I do not recommend her at all!! There are much better realtors out there, shop around.
