I have done alot of business with Bianca and michael prob 35 deals or so and they are very professional and work very hard. They have a very unique selling program but works extremly well as long as you are somewhat realistic on your asking price they will get the job done and save you alot of $$$$ I run alot of buyers and am not a listing specialist> I probaly send them a about 6 0r 7 referalls a year. I work for a big company that charges 7% so i dont have alot of flexibilty so when i get a seller that needs to sell and buy afterwards. I will give michael an bianca the listing so they can save the seller usually 10000 plus which will make it easier for them to sell so i can find them a house to purchase so everyone wins. Because of the market alot of sellers have to get a certian figure so there home can sell. I get a kick out of all these bad comments if a house dosent sell the seller almost always blames the agent. But some of these post on her bianca and michael didnt even list the house. The seller just didnt like there program so they complain?? This is a service industry cant make everyone happy

I saved about $14000 selling my home through Michael and Bianca. I will never pay 7% commsion ever again. I was a little skepetical about using a independent company at only 1% but I am glad I listened best decsion I have ever made. So glad there are people willing to go something differnt and think outside the box and get there own company so they can be more flexible to help seller!! I wish the big corporate companies would wake up and stop charging 7% But Im glad listened to Bianca and Michael they were great. Thank you

Michael an Bianca did very well in selling my home. I tend to be a little impatient and wanted a 30 day sale and was going to list the home about 10000 lower. But im glad I listened to Michael he is the profesional and does this every day I Dont. He did everything he said he would do, saved me about 25000 between the higher price and there 1% commsion rates which is about 6% lower then anyone else. I have already refered him two of my friends!!
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THESE TWO!If you are selling your house,they work for no one but themselves and the buyer! Not for the seller!!! Very unprofessional!

WOW. After a bad review you have your friends give you a good ones. That is a classy act. I will newer use them again and I would not recommend them to anybody that I know. Saving some money is not worth it when you have to deal with Michael or Bianca. BEWARE

michael and bianca did a great job selling my house. I used 2 diffrent realtors (who did very little for me) then I tried selling as a for sale by owner. At 1st I wanted nothing to do with realtors again but I gave michaeland bianca a try and they were great sold my house in 30 days and save me $7300 in commision compared to howarad hanna. I could tell they had alot of expierence and knew what they were doing. There customer service was great and the extra $7000 really made the diffrence in getting the home sold!!!! I would reccomend them to anyone.

Ive sold many homes in my life some with realtors a few as a for sale by owner. This was the best program I have ever seen 1% full service they did a better job then my previous Howard Hanna agent and save me thousands and bianca's customer service and michael ablity to bring buyers was amazing!! They are willing to sell your house for FREE!! if you ned to purchase a home. They even have another program for only $195 if you want more control of your listing I belive that they are the future of real estate. They have a program for anyones needs. I would reccomend them to anyone!!!
Michael sold my home quickly and sold me thousands
Michael Tabor and Bianca Bicaci did a great job for us. They sold are in about 2 WEEKS. And since we bought are net home through michael and bianca, they actually sold are house for free!!!! Absolutley amazing. I never heard of a realtor ever selling a house for free. The 12,000 in commisions we saved was the extra money needed to get are home sold> I would recomend them to anyone

After all the nice words and promises, he did not do anything to sell our place. It took days to answer to other agents. He is waiting for other agents to call, all he does is he puts your place on web and waits. Do not waste your time with him and Bianca!!!!!!!!!!!!

I definately would not recommend Mike Tabor to sell your home. He wasted two hours of my time trying to sell his crap about his business. He never once said anything to me about what I needed to do to get my house on the market. After he was totally boring me to death, I stood up and said what do I need to do to sell this house. At the end he asked me for $400.00 to sign the deal. I told him I was not going to give him any money to sell my house. He will get the money at the end when he sold the home. I finally had to ask him to leave. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY. He will do nothing for you but take your money up front. What a joke.

There was nothing but a bad stuff from this guy. Promises, Promises, Promises.........and blank. Would not recommend. The money that you would pay to a regular agent, it's worth every penny. Do not give him anything up-front, I just wasted $495.00 for his up-front fees. BEWARE

the only realtor that i have found that offers full service with 1% commision. Most realtors are 6-7% or is around 3% and has absoultley has no service.(they put on the system and thats it) you have to do all the work. Michael actually works with you from begining to end till the house sells for 1% thats amazing!!!

Ive bin selling homes a long time. I love mike's concepts. he saves people thousands on commisions. He stills offers full service that traditional companies do. (Thats amazing) We need more realitors like this.

anyone can put anything on these sites its a joke there is 500+agents in mentor and there is no comments about any of them good or bad(how is this). Except 2 agents that seems a little fishy. There were 45000 complaints with the state this year. The bigger the agent you are the more complaints you get thats the reality of the buisiness

I'd stay away from Liberty Realty as far as possible. We signed up with Michael Tabor, and are very sorry that we did. He's unresponsive, and the service is non-existent. Doesn't return phone calls, and doesn't come through on promises. Good first impression, but nothing to show up for it.
