1) I can meet many people and help them make one of their life's biggest decisions. 2) I can help people sell their houses and see their happy faces.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
I need great real estate agents to be on my A team, I also need more real pros who are handymen, cleaning persons, landscapers, and painters to join me on my A team, so that I can serve my clients better.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
A house that had not been sold by other agents in nearly two years and I helped it sell in 5 days.

What is your best characteristic?
Work very hard, try my best to be a knowledgable agent to give my clients all the information they need to make their best decision.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Sue Revis - An agent in Boston who helped sell my house in Year 2000. She was the most professional agent I met and she is my role model.

What is the best advice you ever received?
I got so many good advices. I cannot tell which one is the best.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Cincinnati, Ohio!!
