HP sell a previous house with Jerry Holden and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
We have worked with Jerry Holden in the sale of a house in Mansfield. He was extremely rude to us throughout the entire process. He would not return phone calls, and he neglected to inform us, even upon our request, when opening the house for inspectors. We know several others who have had similar problems with him in the past. Do not give this realtor your business.
